Look out, y’all! These no-bake, Banana Chocolate Chip Energy Bites are about to change your world! And I’d bet, your husband’s and children’s as well!
With the start of January and resolution season plus many large family weddings and events coming up, Landon and I have been trying to eat a little healthier. So for us, that really means snacking wiser and these Energy Bites have made ALL the difference!
Instead of reaching for some tortilla chips or whatever easy grab and go snack is around, we have these pre-made in our refrigerator for an easily accessible snack! Not only are they healthy and give you that extra boost of energy, but they have just the right amount of sweetness to kick that sweet tooth out of town!
When I first started making these, my husband just looked at me, shook his head, and said “no thanks!”. Literally he had zero interest, but let me tell you guys…2 days later, I looked in to fridge and there was not one left and he responded with, “Yeah, babe. Maybe we should have those around every week!” 😂And there you have it! These are now a Haaf family staple!
Whip up a batch of these babies, and I’m sure your family will love them just as much! Happy snacking!
